Reflecting the quality culture of the Harry Gow range, the production
team have made some minor improvements to the original recipe. In order
to further enhance the indulgent taste and texture, locally-sourced fresh
milk and fresh cream have been added across the Dairy Ice Cream Range.
Further refinements to key ingredients include replacing fruit flavourings
with fresh pure fruit purée in the Fruit Ice Cream and Fruit
Sorbet ranges and the introduction of authentic Belgian chocolate in
both the Chocolate and Mint Chocolate Flake Dairy Ice Cream products.
